Rose Meyer, 87, of St. Peter, and formerly of Le Center, passed away on July 28, 2024, at Benedictine Living Community in St Peter. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St Mary's Catholic Church in Le Center with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Le Center.

She was born on May 7, 1937, in Janesville to Edward and Gertrude Miller. She graduated from Janesville High school and completed nursing training at St Joseph's in Mankato. Rose was united in marriage to Francis Meyer on November 26, 1957. They were dairy farmers in rural Le Center. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who enjoyed gardening, quilting, and sewing. She and Francis were active parishioners of St Mary's Catholic Church.

Rose is survived by her children, Jim (Lynette) Meyer of Le Center, Julie (Greg) Eide of New Prague, Melanie (Kevin) Patterson of Mankato, Dan (Connie) Meyer of Le Center, Jane Meyer (Al Windsperger) of Little Falls, and Greg (Lisa) Meyer of Cleveland; 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Siblings, Leo Miller of Chatfield, Anne Schulz (John Simek) of Northfield, Mary (Jim) Legg of Henderson and Helen (LaDon) Morsching of Elysian.

She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
